Mo Panam is Chairman of Barley Chalu, renowned throughout the industry, in the UK and Europe, for their superior finish, thermal insulation, production standards and quality administration procedures.

Mo is also President of Qualicoat and is an active member of Qualicoat in the UK and Worldwide. He is also the President and a Board Member of the Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB) in the UK. He was the first to achieve ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in the Aluminium Coating industry in the UK. Mo also participates in the Aluminium Federation organisation to support the Aluminium industry in the UK.

Franck Derouen is Business Director – General Industrial Middle East, Africa, Russia, Turkey. In addition to this role Mr Derouen is Axalta’s Global Architectural Segment Director. Mr Derouen has 30 years of experience in the industrial coating industry. Prior to joining Axalta, Mr. Derouen held a number of positions at AkzoNobel Powder Coatings including Marketing Manager Emerging Countries, Segment Manager Architectural – EMEA, Segment Manager GTC – EMEA and Global Marketing Manager Architectural. Mr Derouen has been member of Qualicoat Executive Committee for more than 10 years and President of Qualisteelcoat. He is currently a board member of Quali Middle-East Association. Earlier in his career, Mr. Derouen was Market Manager Ceramic Fibers at Saint-Gobain. Mr. Derouen received his B.A. in Business Administration from ISMV (France). Franck Derouen is based in Dubai - UAE

After studying in Germany and abroad Ralf Heitzelmann graduated as an industrial engineer, started his career as quality manager in an aluminium processing company and is running his own business for powder coating, anodising and aluminium extrusion components today.

In the past he represented german association VOA in the Executive and Technical Committee at QUALICOAT and was QUALICOAT´s President from 2009 to 2011. Currently he is a member of QUALICOAT Board of Governors and active in various QUALICOAT Working Groups.

Michael Stacey is Professor of Architecture and Tectonics at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London (UCL) and Convenor of Michael Stacey Architects.

His professional life combines practice, teaching, research and writing. Stacey’s portfolio of projects and products has been recognised by national and international awards. At the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, he teaches on the multi-accredited MEng Engineering & Architectural Design and MArch Design for Manufacturing. He is widely published including the Aluminium: Towards Sustainable Cities book series: Aluminium and Durability, 2014, second edition 2015, Aluminium Recyclability and Recycling, 2015, Aluminium: Flexible and Light, 2016, and Aluminium Sympathetic and Powerful, 2020.

Graduated in mechanical engineering, he has been involved in the painting systems sector for over 20 years, he joined SAT in 2010.

He is part of the SAT Sales Department and takes care of the development of complex projects of coating plants including most innovative technologies.

Bob Dirks is leading the Global Segment for Architectural Powder Coatings at AkzoNobel. She has several years of experience in powder coatings across various segments and industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam. More recently, following her passion, she strengthened her knowledge on Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.

Sencan Kizilkaya is leading global product range for Architectural Powder Coatings at AkzoNobel. Sencan has 10 years of R&D experience in architectural and automotive product development of powder coatings and combined her chemical engineering background with marketing for the last 3 years after her second Master’s degree in Engineering Management. She worked in Turkey, China and as Dubai R&D Coordinator and is based in the Netherlands.

Hans Zwaanenburg is Managing Director at the association of Metal Windows and Façade Industry (VMRG).

He has a Master in Business Administration, a Master in marketing and is an architectural engineer and serves the VMRG as Managing Director since 1 September 2018.

Within the VMRG, he is actively involved in the projects Circular Façade Economy, the Façade Identification System FIS and the Façade Service Application FaSA.

He is also involved in the European branch organizations FAECF and EuroWindoor.
